This course empowers you to design and facilitate impactful resident leadership education programs using the Building Leaders, Building Communities Experience curriculum. You’ll explore recruitment strategies and co-leadership models. Learn how to implement asset-based community development practices, develop training plans, and evaluate program success. Whether you’re launching a new initiative or enhancing an existing one, this course provides the structure, tools, and inspiration to build meaningful community engagement and leadership development programs.
