NeighborWorks Week

Save the Date: June 7-14, 2025

Since its inception in 1983, NeighborWorks Week has been a time to highlight how, together with residents, the NeighborWorks network strengthens communities. Held during the first full week of June, NeighborWorks Week celebrates the collective impact of the network mobilizing volunteers, business partners and civic leaders who share in our mission to create opportunities for people to live in affordable homes, build financial stability and strengthen communities.

This year’s theme, “One Community, Many Hands” (Una Sola Comunidad, Manos Unidas), underscores the power of collaboration and unity in overcoming challenges and fostering thriving neighborhoods. Use #OneCommunityManyHands along with #NWWeek to join the conversation.

NeighborWorks Week is about action. Across the country, network organizations host volunteer-driven events, community engagement activities and educational initiatives that showcase the power of resident-led solutions. From beautifying public spaces and rehabilitating homes to hosting resource fairs and financial literacy workshops, NeighborWorks Week is a celebration of partnership and impact.

But NeighborWorks Week is more than just events—it’s about raising awareness and strengthening connections. It’s a time to amplify our collective work and highlight the transformative efforts of organizations, residents and partners.

NeighborWorks Week: Showcasing the Power of Community

Each year, we honor the dedication and accomplishments of our network organizations and their commitment to housing security, community resilience and financial well-being. Together, we will continue to champion the needs of the communities we serve and uplift the stories of those making a difference.
