NR165 Foundations of Community Health Worker Models

Community Health Worker (CHW) programs are an integral part of the affordable housing and community development landscape. This course explores the eight major components of a CHW program that organizations should consider when implementing a CHW model. Real examples, stories, and challenges directly sourced from the CHW programs are embedded throughout this course to provide a window into the nuances of implementing a CHW program as a housing and community developer.
