This course equips you with the tools and knowledge to enhance your comprehensive community development (CCD) strategies. Using a real-world case study, you’ll explore how to align housing policy, data analysis, and strategic planning to achieve long-term place-based outcomes. Learn to differentiate individual and place outcomes, apply a theory of change, and leverage existing programs for greater impact. Through collaborative exercises and practical frameworks, you’ll leave with a clear plan to address neighborhood challenges and implement high-impact CCD strategies in your community. 

Course Type: Faculty-led Accelerated Model

Course Length: 4 days online. Days 1 & 3 have 4 hours of live sessions. Days 2 & 4 have self-guided work.
