HO307vc Advanced Foreclosure: Case Study Practicum

This advanced course is designed for experienced foreclosure counselors ready to sharpen their skills through real-world case study practice. You’ll work through complex scenarios to analyze client files, identify discrepancies, and develop resolution strategies. Learn how to apply solution-focused counseling, create crisis budgets, and guide clients through appeals and follow-up. You’ll also strengthen your ability to evaluate servicer decisions and complete loss mitigation packages. This course is ideal for counselors who want to deepen their expertise and meet the second part of the Foreclosure Intervention and Default Counseling Certification requirements.
