ED127vcx Transit-Oriented Development

Understand how to design and implement transit-oriented development (TOD) projects that combine affordable housing, retail, and public transportation. You’ll explore real-world case studies, learn how to assess feasibility, and identify funding sources. You’ll also gain practical skills to navigate zoning, parking, and environmental issues. Through peer discussions and exercises, you’ll build the confidence to lead TOD efforts in your community. Course Length: 4 days online. Days 1 & 3 have 4 hours of live sessions. Days 2 & 4 have self-guided work.
