This course equips you with the tools to meaningfully engage youth in community development. You’ll explore strategies for identifying youth strengths, fostering leadership, and creating space for youth-led initiatives. Learn how to balance support and autonomy, and how to build action plans that reflect youth priorities. Through interactive discussions and planning exercises, you’ll gain practical skills to mobilize youth as active contributors to community change. This course emphasizes real-world application and prepares you to implement youth engagement strategies immediately.
