AM321rqvc Advanced Financial Tools for Asset Managers (CHAM)

This is a two-part class, followed by AM322vc and counts towards the Certified Housing Asset Manager designation. You’ll dive into sophisticated measures of property performance, exploring long‑term investment returns, equity growth, the value of future cash flow, and the earning power of an asset using affordable housing scenarios. You’ll also navigate debt restructuring, refinancing strategies, and key LIHTC considerations, including investor returns, recapture risk, and Year 15 planning. Learners should bring a laptop and intermediate Excel skills are recommended. A final exam is included. Prerequisite: Asset Management Specialist designation.
