HO247 Post-Purchase Education Methods

This course prepares you to support homeowners after they purchase their homes by designing and delivering effective post-purchase education workshops. You will explore the three pillars of post-purchase education: financial management, home maintenance, and community engagement. Through this training, you’ll learn how to create culturally relevant curricula, engage local partners, and apply adult learning principles. You’ll also gain strategies for marketing your workshops and evaluating their impact. This course is ideal for practitioners who want to promote sustainable homeownership and help clients remain stable, informed, and connected in their communities.
