This course prepares you to assist homeowners at risk of foreclosure by building your knowledge of the legal process, loss mitigation options, and counseling best practices. You’ll learn how to perform triage and intake, analyze financial situations, and guide clients through available solutions. The course also covers how to work with mortgage servicers, understand loan servicing structures, and support clients through follow-up counseling.
