Remus Boxley

Remus Boxley brings more than 25 years of human resources (HR) experience, having held HR leadership roles across a range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, supply chain/retail, transportation, engineering, and nonprofits. He is highly skilled in all areas of HR, with a passion for coaching and mentoring, employee engagement and retention, leadership and employee development, and employee relations. His upbringing, extensive professional experiences, and commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect enable him to lead with compassion, empathy, and integrity in any situation.

Boxley lives by the mantra, "Take the work very seriously but never take yourself too seriously." He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and an MBA from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Additionally, he holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a strong advocate of lifelong learning.

In his spare time, Boxley enjoys exercising, tackling home projects, serving the community, and spending quality time with family and friends. Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President of HR for Hilldrup Moving, Storage and Logistics, where his transformational leadership and commitment to positioning Hilldrup as an employer of choice have driven lasting organizational success.
